Where do I collect my order?
Collections are available from our main warehouse.

When can I collect my order?
Our standard collection hours are:
Monday - Tuesday: 7AM - 7PM
Wednesday - Thursday: 7AM - 6PM
Friday: 7AM - 5PM
Saturday: 7AM - 1PM

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.
Please wait for this confirmation before travelling, as not all items are available for immediate pickup.
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
Please bring:
- Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone)
- A valid photo ID matching the name on the order
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they’ll need to bring their own ID and a copy of your order confirmation.
How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We’ll hold your order for 7 days from the collection notification date.
If you need extra time, please contact us before the hold period expires.
