Built around a solid steel bridge with a threaded T-bolt, the design delivers consistent clamping force and excellent resistance to vibration and thermal cycling. Wide bands (18–24 mm depending on size) spread the load to protect hose carcasses, while the high-torque hardware (M5–M8) supports secure seating over beaded pipe ends and silicone, rubber, or reinforced hose types. Engineered for boosted and high-load joints, the T-bolt clamp produces a high, repeatable clamping force that resists slip and cold flow on silicone and rubber hoses.
